This Privacy Policy details how we handle developer account security, API token telemetry, repository data, and personal data in strict compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and global data protection standards.

2. Data Collection & Telemetry Architecture

When you register, submit project metadata, or interact with our platform APIs, we collect the following categories of information:

• Developer Profile Information: Name, work email address, GitHub/GitLab usernames, public cryptographic wallet addresses (where applicable for Web3 project verifications).
• Project & Telemetry Submission Data: Submitted code repository metadata, release binaries, documentation links, and performance benchmarking logs submitted during the incubator review phase.
• System & API Logs: IP addresses, browser fingerprint details, TLS handshake metadata, and rate-limiting metrics collected via TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.

3. Code Repository Access & Intellectual Property Isolation

Argotdebut never claims ownership over submitted source code or internal telemetry. Access granted to private GitHub or Web3 repositories for security audit purposes is restricted to automated sandboxed evaluation containers and authorized security engineers operating under strict non-disclosure obligations.

4. GDPR & CCPA Consumer Rights

Under applicable European and Californian privacy directives, users retain full statutory rights over their data:

• Right to Rectification & Erasure: You may request complete erasure of your developer profile and stored project telemetry at any time.
• Right to Data Portability: Profile logs and submission histories can be exported in standardized JSON format.
• Opt-Out of Data Processing: Granular toggles are provided via our Cookie Preference center for telemetry and analytics.

5. Security Standards & Encryption

All data exchanged with Argotdebut servers is enforced via TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. API tokens and sensitive access credentials are stored in Hardware Security Modules (HSM) with strict zero-trust role-based access control (RBAC).
