1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing argotdebut.online or submitting projects to the Argotdebut Incubator, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Intellectual Property Rights (100% Creator Retained)
Creators and tech founders retain 100% full intellectual property ownership over all source code, software architecture, technical documentation, branding, and assets submitted to Argotdebut. Submitting a project to Argotdebut grants us only a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display project metadata, benchmarking telemetry, and promotional materials on our launchpad showcase.
3. Project Submission Guidelines & Security Audits
Submissions must consist of original work or properly attributed open-source software under valid OSI licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, MPL). Submissions containing malicious code, telemetry tracking vectors without consent, keyloggers, or unauthorized backdoor exploits will be immediately purged, and details reported to security authorities.
4. Incubator Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Platform Fees
Argotdebut provides community visibility, upvoting mechanics, and technical exposure on an "as-is" basis. Basic launchpad listing is free for open-source software. Optional enterprise incubations or direct angel syndicate matchmaking may be subject to custom agreement terms agreed upon in writing prior to deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
In no event shall Argotdebut be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party code implementations. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Austin, Texas.
